The patient referral is forwarded to us via facsimile, email or telephone

We provide prompt scheduling for all IMEs

A notification is then sent to the patient and other applicable parties

We will then attain the necessary medical records, which will be available by pickup, mail, email or facsimile

Medical records and all necessary information are then forwarded to the physician(s) for review prior to the IME date

A courtesy telephone call to patient will be provided 24 hours prior to scheduled IME

After the patient has been seen, the physician will generate a full and accurate evaluation which will then be transcribed and forwarded to our Quality Review Specialist

A signature is obtained from the evaluation physician and the final report is compiled and forwarded to all involved parties
